OSOGSL Privacy Policy
To promote interest and disseminate information in the culture, development and hybridization of orchids through lectures, publications, shows and other orchid focused activities, the Orchid Society of Greater St. Louis (OSOGSL) periodically collects personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of individuals interested in the Society. OSOGSL uses this information to communicate with its membership.
For Example, OSOGSL uses lists of collected email addresses to email its members newsletters, information concerning upcoming monthly meetings, orchid related events and publications. OSOGSL likewise distributes an annual Membership Roster prepared by a third party containing the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of its members.
Requests to be removed from OSOGSL email lists should be sent to admin@OSOGSL.org with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Requests to be omitted from the Membership Roster should be submitted to an OSOGSL officer prior to publication of the Roster.
OSOGSL is committed to observe policies that promote the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information and will not share your personal information with third parties absent your consent.
